About Your Class
When: Every Wednesday from 9:00-12:00, starting the week of April 20
Duration: 9 weeks

Price: $275 plus supplies
This pottery class provides techniques for the beginner or the experienced artist! All skill levels, ages 16 and up are welcome. We believe beginner and experienced potters alike benefit from this collaborative community!
All class fees of $275 do not include starter supplies that will be purchased the first day of class at Mid-South Ceramics, the supply store on our Campus, for approximately $50. Once registered you will receive an informative email with more details from Danielle~The Clay Lady within 2 weeks.
Refund policy: Refunds are available up to 10 days before classes begin.
About Your Instructor
Catherine McMurray
During Class: I do have a hard time with names and sometimes men especially become “Bob”. Just to make it easy. Also we do listen to music and that usually comes from the 70’s, for some it is entirely new.:)
Did You Know: I worked in the dental world before having a studio of my own. I have also have 3 daughters, a husband and 8 grandchildren. All local.
As An Artist: I received my BFA from Potsdam College of NY. Clay has been a lovely, rich part of my life all these years that I want to share. I have been teaching now for almost 10 years from beginners to advanced from pinch pots to Raku ware! What is always remarkable is that the students teach and feed me also. A circle of learning we all need to experience for the full reward of clay.
